With today's technology, and CG work, the person who plays the pivotal Krillin character, does not have to be 4' tall. Just look at what they did with the dwarves, and halfings on the LOTR series. We can focus on the attitude of Krillin, and his mannerisms. Do you possibly have an idea who can fill the role of Krillin?
