What do you think of Tai Chi in regards to fighting
Despite involving slow movements, Tai Chi is still very effective in actualy combat
Tai Chi helps fitness and concentration but would not be as effective as other styles

Well if you said you didn't like it this is your punishment, I thoguht I'd do one more haha! OK if you're honest with yourself, on average how long should it take one to achieve a black belt in a martial art, say if you trained once a week
