Should Women have Shrinkrays?

If the government was to hold a referendum where the public could vote whether all women should be issued with shrinkray for their self defence, would you vote yes or no? Please note: these shrink rays can only used on men, and bear in mind the possible effects of the balance of power in society that this would cause, and the possibility for abuse by women.
