Should Free Speech in the West be absolute or must we restrict it to a certain extent in the intrests of Security and Protection?

Yes, the people of the West should be allowed to say anything they want without exception, without fear of arrest or imprisonment.

Yes, but we must educate people against the harmful and wrong things some people say rather than trying to stop them being said.

No, although free speech is important, there are certain things such as Threats, Blackmail and Inciting Terrorism which mean there must always be some restrictions on it.

No, realistically Free Speech is just a romantic but impractical concept in todays world where Terrorism, Violence and Crime are preached to impressionable young people through trusted figures such as Govermental Leaders, Religious Leaders and Role Models such as rappers. There must be tight restrictions on what people can say in some areas.
