I do understand that Corner Time (Standing in the corner) can be a good punishment at home for kids at certain ages if it works. I never had this punishment at home, but once I had to stand in the corner at a friend's house, and I absolutely hated it. I also had to do it in school in 4th Grade HATED IT! I was in the corner all the time in school for doing the littlest things wrong.

How long do you make your kids stand in the corner?
I go according to their age. (e.g 5 years old = 5 minutes)

IF they refuse to go, I do alternate punishments.(Leave message)
I will add more time each minute they don't go.
