Do you agree that children should be kept in diapers till they are 21 and turn into adults, so they can make an informed and educated decision on when and whether or not they wish to potty train

Millions of children continue to wet the bed well after the so called (age of potty training), Millions of children continue to have pants wetting accidents during the day after this so called (age of potty training), and millions more continue to poo their pants after this so called (age of potty training). Hundreds of thousands of these children will continue having accidents well in to there teenage years. Of course teenage years means puberty, and puberty as we all know affects the continence of hundreds of thousands of children. So why not stop trying to force children to use toilets (which for many children are terrifying) and start keeping children in diapers till they turn in to young adults and are completely done with puberty. As young adults, they are capable of making an informed choice as to weather or not they wish to potty train and when. But as a child they are incapable of making an informed and educated decision. In the eyes of the law children are classed as children until their 21st birthday. Young Adults should be given the choice on their 21st birthday as to weather or not they want to potty train and when. 99% of children have potty accidents past the so called (age of potty training) so it seems to me a logical idea to keep them in diapers. This is a more detailed version of my opinion, what is your view on my opinion. Please be as detailed as you can with in depth explanations of your views. Please
