If an airport offered a fast lane for security with a guaranteed waiting time of less than 5 minutes (compared to regular 60 minutes) for people traveling without hand luggage and with no outer clothing (coats, jackets, i.e. everything that you would normally have to remove for security), what would you do?
Sure, I would check all my luggage and my coat / jacket and use this fast lane.
I would use it only if I am late for my flight.

If an airport offered a fast lane for security with a guaranteed waiting time of less than 5 minutes (compared to regular 60 minutes) for people who would check all their hand luggage, their outer clothing and their shoes with their checked luggage (so that they could pass the security checkpoint without any extra items), what would you do?
Sure, I would check my outer clothing and my shoes with my checked luggage and fly in my socks.

Why would you like / not like this?
If an airport offered a fast lane for security with a guaranteed waiting time of less than 5 minutes (compared to regular 60 minutes) for "expert travelers" who know the drill. However, if some forbidden item is found on you or if you hold up the line, then there is some sort of punishment. This is to make sure that only frequent travelers use this lane. What would be a good "punishment" for people who use this lane, but should not? (Check all that apply.)
Pay a fine of 50$.
Make a donation to a charitable organization of your choice of 100$.
Get sent back to the regular line.
Being made to wait for 30 minutes.
Not being allowed to use the fast lane for the next 3 times they fly.
