Let the government dictate another aspect of our lives
In 2007, it was concluded that over 50% of Americans live under some sort of smoke ban, based on that do you currently live in a community that:
Bans smoking in all working places (including bars)
Bans smoking in all restaurants, including the bar area of a restaurant (but gives bars exemption)
Bans Smoking in restaurants, but not the bar area or any bars
Bans smoking in some places, but there are so many exemptions they might as well not have even written the law

I Do not know
Do you agree with smoke bans that:
Regulate smoking in all business, including bars
Regulate smoking in most business, exempting bars

YES
NO
If you live in a municipality that water and sewer are provided to you (for a cost of course) do you feel that it is violating your "homeowners rights" that the government is regulating the number of toxins, bacteria, pH levels, and in some case even forcing drugs (such as fluoride) into your home.
YES, it is going to far to regulate my water
NO, It is assuring that the government is looking out for our best interest
I have a personal well, which is not as regulated as city water
Do you think nonsmokers should have to compromise their health to protect the rights of smokers or business owners?
Yes, Smokers rights supersede those of non smokers.
No, No one is saying smokers cannot smoke. We are simply asking that they take it outside.
