Attire and Health Surveillance for School-Going Kids

I am interested in finding preferences of parents as to what they would like their kids to wear, while on school premises. Also, need input on health policy of schools. Assume that the school is a private school (separate wings for boys and girls, girls not allowed in the boys area, boys not allowed in the girls area), with strict uniform rules and discipline (for the purpose of this poll, kids mean pre-pubertal children less than the age of 11 years; if a girl has reached puberty before attaining 11 years of age, the poll should answer behavior before reaching puberty).
