Medical Marijuana should be available to patients throughout the United States if a doctor prescribes it.

Patients accessing medical marijuana should be clearly monitored to ensure that they are not distributing the marijuana.

The Minimum Mandatory Sentence, required in some states if caught for possession, should not be enforced if the amount that a person possesses is not enough for sale (less than 1 ounce).

Decriminalizing marijuana would substantially increase crime rates in the United States.

The ban on paraphernalia, such as vaporizers that eliminate the harmful effects of smoking, should be lifted.

A person in a state with no medial marijuana laws should be fined and arrested even if it is proven that he/she was using marijuana for medical purposes.

States should have at least 5 state-run medical marijuana dispensaries to provide patients with quality herb.

Marijuana education in schools should not be as extreme because such strong anti-marijuana teaching methods cause more teens to start smoking.

Drugged driving laws, which allow for a person to be arrested even if he/she is not impaired while driving but fails to pass a drug test, should be eradicated in the states in which they still exist.

If marijuana is decriminalized and a minimum age limit is set, minors should be fined and /or arrested for possession.
