Daily Routine for Kids

I am interested in finding activities of kids from the time they rise in the morning till they retire in night, with a perspective on heath awareness of parents/kids , in particular strain on eyes, neck, shoulders and spinal column. It is now, almost, obvious that prolonged viewing of TV, chatting on internet/use of computer, combined with improper posture, lack of exposure of upper torso and legs to sunshine and fresh air contribute to trunk deformities, rickets and tuberculosis (for the purpose of this poll, kids mean pre-pubertal children less than the age of 11 years; if a girl has reached puberty before attaining 11 years of age, the poll should answer behavior before reaching puberty).
