What is Zant's fate?
After he is destroyed by Midna, Ganondorf never has a chance to resurrect him. Him snapping his neck at the end is merely a vision by Ganondorf.
After he is destroyed by Midna, Ganondorf revives him, and Ganondorf's vision of Zant snapping his neck shows what is really happening at the time.
