Health and Travel

This research is being gathered for my thesis at Baylor University Louise Herrington School of Nursing. Answers are 100% confidential so PLEASE ANSWER HONESTLY!!

You go to your local emergency room because of a cough and fever that is getting worse. After being immediately triaged, the nurse takes you to an isolation unit and you are detained there until the doctor can confidently rule out a deadly contagious airborne disease like Avian Flu and SARS. Your time at the emergency room is much longer than normal. After you are discharged, you feel:

ANGRY -- You call and complain to the hospital administration, your insurance company, etc... and vow to NEVER visit that emergency room again.

NEUTRAL -- You are not angry but you are not happy either. You don't file a complaint and you MAY visit that emergency room again.

SAFE -- You are happy to know that your local emergency room staff is taking the necessary precautions to protect you and others from highly contagious diseases. You will ALWAYS go back to that emergency room.
