Germatoid (stabbed in the face by Sailor Uranus with a sword)
Mistress 9 (destroyed when Hotaru overpowered her with the memories of Rini and Tomoe)
Pharaoh 90 (destroyed when Sailor Moon entered him and destroyed his core)
Hawk's Eye (sacrificed himself to save Fisheye, was killed from a spade thrown by a monster. Was revived, and turned good)
Tiger's Eye and Fisheye (gave up their powers to rebuild Serena's dream mirror. Were revived)
Zirconia (turned red and disintegrated when Nehelenia came through the mirror. Note that Zircon was destroyed with him)

Remless (breaking glass image of them, then shadow disappears)
