Imagine it's the end of the world as we know it. Fire rains from the sky, the earth cracks open and swallows city's whole. Hoards of otherworldly unmentionables roam the hellish landscape reeking havoc on what is left of mankind. Now imagine that you've survived one whole week of this fresh living hell, but you haven't given up yet. In fact you may have found more than just a glimmer of hope. While traveling stealthily through the deteriorating countryside you've happend upon an old transceiver radio in a small but defensible shed. After the proper preparations to keep yourself alive for one more night you tried the radio to find that not only does it work but there seems to be a relatively strong transmission from somewhere near here. It seems there is a make-shift stronghold ahead. After receiving directions you slept for the night and made your way in the morning. The bulk of your travel was uneventful, but when nearing your destination you found the stronghold, while intact, was surrounded by hoards of monsters and the like. You might have a chance though, you see one possible opening, there's just one small problem, it's blocked by. . .

Pack Of Large Rabid Dogs *they don't even need to be supernatural . . . just imagine, civilization only a stones throw away and all that separates you is a pack of rabid dogs - suck*
The Thing *amorphous shape shifting alien that can assume the shape of animal and man . . . could you ever really be sure you were rid of it?*
Evil Clowns * kids party entertainment gone terribly wrong*
Leather-face *chainsaw wielding maniac who would SO wear your skin as a mask*
Cthulhu *or other unexplainable cosmic horrors from the fifth dimension bent on reclaiming earth as their own*
