WOULD YOU BUY A MAIL NOTIFIER? TAKE THE POLL

For those that have a community (communal) mailbox (rather than one outside their home), would you buy the following product? A mail notifier that would allow you to know whether you have mail waiting in your communal mailbox? You put a mat in your mailbox, and when mail is put on top of it, it send a signal to a receiver in your home to notify you the you have mail. The receiver will be some sort of small box and it will flash when there is mail in your mailbox. This will save you from making those useless trips to the mailbox when there is no mail, and will let you know if a letter you've received a letter you've been awaiting.
