Inappropriate in a marriage

My husband and I are having a disagreement over something he did. He is downplaying it, which is a common thing for him to do when he screws up. We have agreed to try to find out if I am overreacting, or if he has done something inappropriate. You guys decide.
A 40 year old man is married and has a young son. He moonlights at a local bar. He is aquainted with a group of women that are 21 years old. He has become friends with one of them on Myspace. Her profile says that her carreer is a "swinger". She has photos posted of her and her friends in bikini's, having a bubble bath war. The photos show them posing provocitavely, grabbing each other, and kissing one another. The man has been viewing these pictures specifically, not the pics she has posted that are not provocitave. Is it inappropriate for a married man to go out of his way to view sexual pictures of women that he knows? Again, these are not random google's of sexy pictures. Oh, and her profile is private, so he must be friends with her to view the photos. This is the only interaction he has had with her profile.
No, it is not inappropriate, it's just another girl, no different then googling "sexy pictures"
Boys will be boys, and they should be free to look at any pictures, of any women that they want to.
Yes, it is inappropriate, but only if it bothers her.
Yes, viewing images of women he knows, and could potentially proposition is inappropriate.
