In my last poll I had general opinion about beach volleyball outfit. there was majority opinion not to allow shirts for guys even in extreme weather conditions. As there is increasing knowledge about cancer prevention today I want to specify this question.
Would you allow shirts for guys in extreme sun exposure?
yes, we know the effect of UV exposure is additive, and it may be extreme in beach sports
no, enough cancer prevention by special suncream and cap. It's a beach sport, not for people with too much sensitivity against sunlight exposure.
Would you allow shirts in cool and rainy weather?
Yes, in cool temperature shirtless outfit makes no sense
No, guys will warmup and keep warm enough by moving.
