The government should be doing more, with higher spending, incentives, legislation, education, etc.
Government spending and incentives are at the right level when balanced against other issues.

No, I'm still completely "on grid."
I generate a portion of the energy I use, but not all.
Yes, my home is entirely self-sufficient.
I generate more than enough power and sell the excess back to the grid.
