Why do some guys hang around the locker room naked?

I'm not talking about guys who are blatantly showing off their nude bodies or hanging out naked for extended periods of time for no apparent reason, just guys who don't bother to change under a towel or something and don't mind walking to and from the shower naked, or maybe even using the gym scales or steam room in the nude.
