4. Your state is considering approving a 1% temporary tax increase.The tax increase would be valid for 3 years and then would expire. Another vote would be required to keep the tax going. 2/3 of the money collected would be used to fund education. (Hire teachers, Buy supplies ect.) 1/3 of the money would be used to maintain roads, highways, ect. Are you for or against this tax increase?

5. Your state is considering legalizing marijuana for medical purposes ONLY. Patients would be allowed to buy up to 3 ounces of marijuana per month and MUST have a doctors perscription. Are you for or against this move?

6. Your state is considering using speed cameras as a way of photo enforcement. The cameras would be placed at various spots along highways with warning signs at least 1 mile before the cameras. The cameras would be set up to snap photos if you are going 16MPH or more over the posted speed limit signs. The tickets must be paid and are $100. Are you for or against this move?

7. Your state is considering raising the tax rate on ciggerates, cigars, and tobacco by 1%. This would be a permanent tax hike and wold take affect immediately. The money raised by this tax would go to hospitals and research facilities to research the cure for cancer and other diseases that don't have a cure for them. Are you for or against this move?

10. Your state is considering making it illegal for an animal shelter to euhanize a healthy animal just because they are over filled. An agressive or an extremely weak/sick/injured animal could still be euthanized. Are you for or against this?
