name badges at work
I work in a supermarket and have to wear a uniform and a name badge. I am not allowed to remove my name badge during working hours. If i am not wearing my badge i get reprimanded and i have been put on a formal warning for not wearing it. I do not like having to wear a name badge and would prefer the wearing of name badges to be voluntary and not compulsory.
What are your opinions on this matter?
Should name badges be compulsory or voluntary?
