America is becoming to shy to actually get out and jog, or bike, or even just walk to the grocery store.

Yes, that is why 20% of children/teens are obese and another 23% are overweight.

Why do you think African American adults and children have the highest obesity rates? (40% for adults/25% for children)??
Low income, so they buy fast food/cheap food for meals.
Bad neighborhoods, so they can get out to excercise. (even tho parking in the back row at a store is considered moderate excercise...)
