Saggy Pants Laws
States around the country are having debates whether to pass laws to ban the wearing of low hung saggy pants that show bear buttocks or underwear, what do you think?
Do you think that Laws need to be passed to stop people from wearing their pants hung low exposing their underwear or bear buttocks to the public? (NOT just certain races or ages or sexes)
