Has anyone heard, read about or seen on TV about this odd case in Michigan

Summarize; two teenagers, one a bully, the other a stereotypical, classic nerd with glasses. nerd got fed up with the bullying and wound up in a situation where the bully had the geeks thighs wrapped around his neck, restricting him of air. after 5 mins of struggling, the kid died. (he was blue when they found him) and the 'nerd' who was 14 at the time got locked up. apparently happened in michigan and was on TV news only does anyone know if this is actually real or not?
