Almost 10 years ago, journalist Daniel Pearl was kidnapped and murdered in Pakistan.
The terrorist group posted a video including a list of demands and Pearl's decapitation.
An online news org posted a link to the full video despite the family's wishes.
Is it the public's right to have access to and see the video?
