Yes

Some of it is good. I like a few songs by some of my favorite artists, others not so much.

I feel that today's country is not "true" country. It has been blended, more or less, with rock. And in doing this, it has been ruined. I long for the days when you could hear "pure" country on the radio; like Johnny Cash, Patsy Cline, Andy Williams, Merle Haggard, Tanya Tucker, Jonn Denver, etc.

What do you think is the best Country Music group working today?

Which solo artists do you like the best? Who is the hottest, and has the hottest career?

Do you think that people who like country music live in North Carolina or Montana, graze on the porch of a log cabin on the prarie, shooting the breeze with their best friend "Bubba", a houndog named "Zeke" by their side, their 25-year-old bride (who is also their cousin) cooking fried chicken and macaroni and cheese in the kitchen, a rusty, old trailer sitting up on blocks in the front yard (with no gas), children running around barefoot (cause they don't know any better, due to their 5th-grade education), and waiting for the next big oil geyser to spurt, so they can "strike it rich" and move to California?

Yes, that describes it perfectly! I couldn't have said it better myself!
