There's been alot of debate about whip use in racing. As an apprentice jockey it affect me directly. Basically Im pro-whipping and I dont see how you could race without it.
How often is it OK to whip a horse racing to win?
As much as the jockey wants
Not more than 25 times
Not more than 10 times
