Help my mom make rules for me

My dad is moving to Europe because of his new work, so I moved to live with my mom until I finish school (4 more years). She said that she's going to make new rules for me, since she's raising me alone and it's difficult. My mom said that she's going to make reasonable rules, and that I should ask other people about it.. that's why I created this poll... Please be nice, because what gets most votes for each question is going to be a rule for me in the next four years.
She wants me to wear a school uniform, even though my school doesn't have one. She said she want me to look smart. Do you agree with her?

My mom's idea of dress code: White long sleeved shirt tucked into skirt, buttoned up all the way. The skirt should be on my natural waist, secured very tightly with a leather belt. I should wear a tie, as tight as possible. She said she wants me to wear clean black dress shoes, and white tights. Also, a blazer should be on all the time, even summer (even though it's very hot). She said I can never loosen anything, and I have to wear it from when I wake up until I go to bed. Do you think this is reasonable? Should I have this dress code, or not? Please comment on anything you disagree/agree with her.
