Fixing Washington through the picnic method

For 236 years now the nation has been founded upon the ideal of Liberty which according to Dictionary.com is quote "The state of being free within society from oppressive restriction's imposed by authority on one's way of life, behavior, or political views." But at late Washington has forgotten about liberty and so this poll puts forth a theory concerning a two part plan. The first part involves cooking food which then leads into the second part where it is brought to a place where everyone meaning yourself and all of your neighbors can dine. And while dining you would share your story and what you believe Washington has done wrong and what it can do to make your life better. This plan is simple, its easy, and it gives us a voice.
