The future of airport security

Airport security gets stricter every year. 15 years ago nobody would have imagined that we take off our shoes at security checkpoints or that we cannot take a bottle of water with us. Today nobody questions this. How will airport security look like in another 10 years? Do you think that there will be more regulations or less? Which things will be banned that are totally normal today?

Some people think that stiletto heels or sturdy boots could also be used as weapons - if you hit or kick somebody with them. Do you think that these kind of shoes will be banned in 10 years?

The best way to prevent a terrorist attack is not to let the attacker on board. Do you think that some passengers (e.g. 5% for each flight) should be randomly chosen and denied boarding? Their ticket would be refunded, but they would have to travel by other means.
