Who should I cosplay as?

I'm going to Comic Con this year, 2013, and I want to cosplay while I'm there. I came here to ask you guys who I should cosplay as, as the community here is the nicest. I would like to know, who I should cosplay as, why should I cosplay as them, what do I need to pull of the cosplay, and how would I put it all together to get the finished product. I have already cosplayed as L from Death Note, and I want to do a harder cosplay. I am also a guy. Thanks everyone who helps me out. When people compliment me on the cosplay, I will be sure to mention everyone who helped me out.
