6'2", 130-lb man vs 4'10", 190-lb woman in the clean and jerk (weightlifting):

A woman standing 4-foot-10 and weighing 190 pounds enters the gym followed by a man standing 6-foot-2 and weighing 130 pounds. Neither he nor she has any serious health issues even though she is very fat while he is very skinny (he towers over her by sixteen inches while she outweighs him by sixty pounds). Both he and she are in their 20s (young adults). Both he and she are standing in front of a barbell, initially set at 50 pounds (which both he and she are capable of lifting overhead), getting ready to take their turns performing a weightlifting move called the clean-and-jerk where a barbell is grabbed from the mat, swung up over the shoulders and then lifted overhead. If necessary, the weight of the barbell will be adjusted upward with disks (10 lbs; 25 lbs, etc.) to determine the maximum barbell weight that can be lifted overhead by the man and by the woman.
Without knowing the outcome beforehand, and considering the AVERAGE strength of all very tall, very skinny men standing 6-foot-2 and weighing 130 pounds, what is the maximum barbell weight do you believe the 6-foot-2, 130-pound man can lift over his head?
50 pounds

101-150 pounds
151-200 pounds
Over 200 pounds
