The Administration interrupted the interrogation of the Boston bomber and read him his Miranda Rights and immediately thereafter he stopped talking to the FBI. Do you agree or disagree that terrorism is an act of war and should be treated as such thus waiving the reading of Miranda Rights.

Many months have now passed since Benghazi and we are no closer to the truth of that awful night. Hillary Clinton stated last January during the congressional hearing on Benghazi, "what difference" did the controversy over the talking points make. It seems to me that there would NOT be any controversy if the government would hand over requested documents, emails, etc., and once and for all allow a full investigation of what really happened that night, why our embassy was denied added security and for what reason and who altered the talking points and why.

Do you find it somewhat uncomfortable that for 10 months now the families suffering as a result of Benghazi still DO NOT have answers regarding the death of their loved ones.

President Obama also vowed to find and prosecute those involved in Benghazi. Do you agree or disagree that his administration is bent more towards sweeping Banghazi under the rug or vigorously pursuing the culprits.

Hillary Clinton was the Secretary of State and under her umbrella responsible for our embassy staff around the globe. Obviously she has failed miserably in this function. Do you feel comfortable with Hillary Clinton potentially as our next Commander in Chief?

How convenient is it that now the Obama administration releases emails concerning Benghazi but NOT prior to the latest scandals. Do you feel that the timing of the releases is a result of the two new looming scandals?

We now know that the talking points included more than one or two superficial changes, striking the use of the word terrorists. Yet Jay Carney continues to spew his baloney denying the above. Do you find it incredible that the major news media outlets have not challenged his spin until recent events?

Do you feel that Jay Carney is a credible spokesperson?

Or do you feel that the time has come to let Jay go and "spin off" somewhere else other than on the major news networks?

Overall do you feel "cheated" that we continue to get selective and a "softened version" of the news from our so called news reporters and feel that we as Americans deserve a better representation of the issues?

If Benghazi isn't enough, we have recently learned that the IRS has been targeting organizations applying for 5013C tax exempt status, that is, organizations leaning to the political right such as the Tea Party and that confidential information was leaked to various groups. Left leaning organizatins applying for the same status have not seen their applications held up nor have they dealth with a barrage of undo scrutiny. The IRS should be acting as an impartial agency in all cases. To date the agency has not been forthcoming with answers and in one instance a high ranking employee, Lois Lerner has invoked her 5th amendment right in order to avoid questioning. Very soon the IRS will be handling our healthcare information in addition to our financial information. Considering the agency's recent actions, do you feel comfortable with the IRS's new role in the management of our health records?

Do you think that Lois Lerner should still be receiving a salary?

The acting IRS leader has been fired as a result of the practice of unfair targeting. We know that he was planning on resigning in June anyway. The targeting has been ongoing long before Miller's "stint" with the IRS. Do you feel that firing Miller barely scratches the surface and that his demise was nothing more than a deterrent to deflect the public's attention away from Benghazi and now the AP scandals?

Do you feel that the current administration although initally promising transparency is anything but and are you fed up with the state of Washington today?

We have also learned that Jim Rosen's (a Fox reporter) emails, telephone records and those of his parents have been seized by the Justice Department. Eric Holder, although initially denying any knowledge of the matter, in fact, shopped around for a federal judge to subpoena Rosen's records. So Eric Holder either lied to the American public or has a very bad memory in addition to questionable practices. Do you feel that Eric Holder's time ahs come and gone?

Do you feel that the latest seizure of the AP records by the DOJ perhaps serves as a wakeup call to all reporters regardless of political bent that the current administrations's practices tread and, not so lightly, on their/our 1st amendment rights?

Do you feel that it is high time all reporters in this country start reporting ALL the facts and not just the ones that put the Obama Administration in a favorable light?

Wednesday we learned that Susan Rice has been resurrected by being appointed as the National Security Advisor. Considering the controversy surrounding her on the Benghazi talking points, do you find her appointment somewhat disconcerting?

Obama recently stated that the, "war on terror is over". Considering the turmoil taking place in many middle east countries and North Africa and potentially posing new dangers to our country, do you feel that Obama has a "handle" on the realities of what is going on in the world today?

We have just discovered that in the name of national security from terrorism, our government has been spying on us via phone records, emails, internet usage and even instant messaging! Yet we have been told that the "war on terror is over". Do you find these actions disturbing?

Are you planning on removing your FB accounts and limiting or monitoring what you potentially "put out" there in Cyberspace due to this invasion of privacy?

Although in her power to overrule current regulations, Kathleen Sebelius refused to intervene on behalf of a ten year old girl seeking a lung transplant. Under pressure, she agreed to review the ruling knowing that precious months would be wasted. The parents successfully challenged the law and Sarah is now on the adult waiting list giving her a greater chance to receive a lung. Government employees supposedly "serve" the people. In what way did Kathleen Sebelius serve the needs of this critically ill girl? We have learned that medical advances can now modify adult lungs for children. Do you feel that IF Kathleen Sebelius is doing her best for the American public, such laws should be periodically reviewed by her and her staff and changed to reflect advances in the medical field?

Do you applaud and thank the judge who overruled the law to give this little girl a fighting chance at life?

The Newtown shootings reinvigorated the efforts on the part of the government to ban certain guns or change existing laws regulating them. If keeping our children out of harm's way is the government's true motivation behind gun control, where were they for Sarah and other children like her? Do you agree or disagree that our government is so politically motivated that any actions taken rarely have the public's interest at heart.
