Getting dressed smart

So do you think i should I be dressing smartly??

So if its a weekday and im going to school. My mum wants me to be just as smart looking as the neighbors kids. So what should i wear on a regular basis? and should it be the same thing each day? or will it be more of a dress code where i can decide color and some of the clothing items. My mum wants dress shirts, slacks. a tie, a blazer, and maybe a vest or jumper. What do you think I should wear to school??

When i get home. should I change? i still have to do my homework, so should i stay dressed in my school clothes, or can i go casual? or must I change into a home uniform. Please give your opinion.

Are my weekends my own?? or do i stay smart. and can i tone it down a bit, or must i be just as smart or even more formal?? please respond.

lastly, since this is such a big change, who do you think should have the say? my mum, or me? is there anything i forgot to say ealier? please say it here.

what if i mess up? since this is all chnaging, how should i be punished if i mess up? my parents have never been afraid of corperal punishment. but is that the way to go in a situation like this?? i dont know and would appriciate your imput.

should i wear more of a dress code? or a uniform? and will this be a uniform that I wear all the time?? or just school and after shcool. Will i be wearing the same thing all the time? and am i allowed to wear what I want when im just hanging out with friends, or is my whole wardrobe going to change. What should I wear when im just with friends?

how should i start behaving differently around people and my parents. my mum already wants me to start calling people ma'am and sir. and shes talking about having rules on how i talk to people and how i act around grownups. ideas for Her?
