When I was a kid my parents made it a point to meet my friends parents. Once they got to know each other they would enter into an agreement. That would give each others parents permission to spank each others child. Our agreement was called BMA, or By Mutual Agreement. Kids who's parents who entered into this agreement were known as BMA kids. We would all get together for cookout, picnic, etc. They are all surrogate able to discipline me even if they see me out alone doing something wrong.
