When you have a lot of different pending tasks which may take between half and 1.5 days to finish and all are urgent? Additionally you get more work daily and a part of it must be done on the same day. What's the best and most efficient way to bring your work load back to normal?
Work each task a certain time. e.g 1-2 hours then move on to the next task and so on.
Finish a task completely before moving on to the next (and let everyone else wait)
