Does anyone ever tease you about your noisy, hungry stomach? Sometimes when my stomach gurgles or grumbles loudly a friend will giggle, or poke my stomach, or make a comment about how my stomach growls sound like an earthquake. Does this ever happen to you?

There are definitely times and places where my stomach gets especially noisy; when I'm working out at the gym, walking through the grocery store, etc. I know that my stomach loves to growl loudly in silent lecture halls while I'm taking exams. It also seems to feel that growling in a silent study lounge is perfectly acceptable behavior. When or where does your stomach growl the most?

How long do you go from your last meal/snack before bedtime to your first meal/snack of the next day? I usually have dinner at 7:00pm and in the morning I don't often have breakfast, so I end up waiting until around noon to finally eat something, meaning that on most days I go about 17 hours without eating. No wonder my poor stomach growls and gurgles all morning long, it's completely empty!!! You go about hours from eating at night to eating the next day.
