What gives you a stomachache?

Do you ever get a stomachache from eating too much?

(optional) I think everyone has gotten a stomachache from eating too much food before, I sure have! On Thanksgiving my belly was huge and full and sticking out; it was stuffed with so much food I thought it was going to explode, and I had such a painful stomachache! What do you do when you have a too-full belly and a bad stomachache?

(optional) How often do you get a stomachache from eating too much?

(optional) Whenever my belly is overstuffed, it usually gurgles and grumbles loudly and unhappily, like it is complaining about being filled up with so much food! When you get a stomachache from being too full, does your belly ever also get really noisy?

Do you ever get a stomachache from eating certain foods?

(optional) If I eat too much sugar, candy, or sweets, I get a horrible stomachache - especially if I fill my belly up with lots of chocolate! What gives you a stomachache when you have too much of it?

(optional) Whenever my belly is empty I get a hollow, uncomfortable, painful stomachache, but my belly also usually growls and gurgles hungrily. Does your belly ever growl and grumble when you have a stomachache from being very hungry?

Do you ever get a stomachache from being punched in the belly?

(optional) There are a lot of explanations for getting punched in the belly; I have been punched in the belly a few times before, but for different reasons. Once was because I was in a fight. Another time it happened on accident. Why were you punched in the belly?

Do you ever get a stomachache from stress?

(optional) I am always getting stomachaches from stress! Whenever I am really nervous, and worried about something or anxious about something I get really intense butterflies in my belly, and my belly hurts a lot. Stomachaches from stress are the worst! :( What stresses you out enough to give you a stomachache?

(optional) Sometimes my stress-induced stomachaches are so bad that I end up just lying down and resting or sleeping to deal with them. What do you do to handle a stress stomachache?

Does rubbing your belly when you have a stomachache - or having someone else rub it for you - make your stomachache go away, or at least make it a little less painful?
