Operation Tuli

Every pinoy knows that pinoy boys are circumcised. This is usually done some time before the age of 13 in an operation known as pagtutuli or simply tuli. Boys that do not undergo circumcision are often teased and thought to be weak. Is there any truth to this? Does circumcision make Filipino boys tougher?

If you are pinoy and you don't take this poll you don't have any pinoy pride! Share with Filipinos everywhere!
