Pediatricians will sometimes see patients who are 18 years old or older for physical exams and will do penis checks as part of the exam. Pediatricians should not see people who are 18 and older because a pediatrician is a children's doctor and thus not qualified to see people who are 18 or older. Furthermore, a pediatrician should especially not do penis checks at that age, not if its a male pediatrician seeing a male patient and the patient isn't gay.
