shoe confiscated

my school takes your right shoe for the following reasons: 1 if your shoe is untied they take your right shoe even if its your left shoe untied 2 if you run in the hall they take your right shoe 3 if you kick someone they take your right shoe for these offenses you lose your shoe for one school day 4 if you're late for school they take your right shoe until your parents come to school and get it back for you they make you wear your left shoe and just a sock on your right foot. the reason for the pole is for what happened to me and see what y'all think. the first week of school my shoe was untied my lace broke so they took my shoe and made me wear one shoe all day. the second week of school I was running in the hall so they took my right shoe and made me go all day without one. the third week of school I was late so they took my shoe until my mom came up and got it back for me the 4th week of school we were sitting in the gym and a kid was trying to pull my shoe off so I kicked him and I got in trouble and they took my shoe for one day the next day I was called into the office by the principle and handed the rulebook and told to read the part about shoes and it said the school took your right shoe for the rest of the school year after the third offense they called my mom and she came up and they explained it to her she said that was fine it would teach me a lesson to give them my right shoe so I untied my right shoe and took it off and gave it to the principal and was told I I could only wear my left shoe and I had to have just a white sock on my right foot for the rest of the school year and it had to be a white sock if it was cold I could wear two socks on my foot I asked him about rain they said I would have to hop on one foot when I was out side remember school had only been in session for a month so they sent me back to class wearing my left shoe and a white sock on right foot this is supposed to embarrass you and teach you a lesson I always sit in class and take my shoe off and the teacher tells me I have to put it back on but now they can't make me put my shoe back on i can sit in class wearing one shoe it doesn't bother me to where my left shoe and just a white sock on my right foot about 5 days later they call me back to the office and tell me if I learned my lesson they will let me have my shoe back . I took it back and just put it in my locker I'm going to let everyone decide if I put a right shoe back on are I just continue to wear sock on my right foot I think its wrong that they took my shoe in the first place even though I don't care if i wear it or not when I would get home I had other shoes so I can wear two shoes to go play but the schools made me really mad so I'm going to do a poll to see whether I should wear my right shoe or not to prove a point and will do whatever the poll says
