Decide my son's punishment

My teenage son recently hacked my email and Mr. Poll accounts and created polls about cross dressing and family nudity as well as post comments on my "behalf" around on other polls about these subjects. He also was corresponding with at least two other people about the subject of family nudity with one conversation especially focusing on family incest. While he was whipped severely with a belt after discovering this, I am still not sure he has learned his lesson. I feel that the "punishment should fit the crime" and with the holidays coming up it should revolve around the subjects that he was pretending to be interested in. See the polls for reference.
