Worried of going barefoot in front of family.

Hi, For some reason I am worried of going barefoot infront of my family. I love going barefoot at school and when I am on my own (especially when I am outdoors and get my feet dirty :D) but at home I don't know why I don't. I am thinking of starting to go barefoot in front of them In the summer. Do you have any tips or advice or anything you want to tell me about this?
