Do you feel it's alright for them not to inform you before hand that they will not refund your money for a product you purchase, before you purchase the product? (They have a small 8 by 10 sign up at customer service, but they did not inform as you purchase the product or have a sign up by product stating that they will not return product for cash even with receipt within reqasonable period of time.)
