Since live culture yogurt and acidophilus capsules are VERY good for men and women in general and especially good for women who eat their vaginal discharge because they support the body's immune function and helps replenish the good bacteria in their systems, do you ever eat live culture yogurt or take acidophilus capsules before you eat your vaginal discharge to insure that you feel good after eating your vaginal discharge?
