What are some good punishments?

I am a teenage girl and There are things below I do on a regular basis that I feel are bad enough to earn a punishment but I am never given one, how can I punish myself in the future for these offenses? The results will be my go to punishment list. I really am a good person I just make mistakes, also, lots of people spank but I hate how my bottom looks if it is bruised so no canes and stuff, I bruise easily on my bum because my parents never spanked me and my aunt does very very rarely.
