Should students be required to agree with the rules? Read description first.

Just because a student disagrees with a rule doesn't mean that he/she will break it. Many students follow the rules meanwhile they disagree with them. Many people follow laws meanwhile disagreeing with some of them. It's illegal for teacher to hit students in public schools in 31 states in USA and many other countries in the world as well as private schools in 2 states in USA and many other countries too. Many teachers disagree with that law which prohibits them from hitting, but they still obey it to avoid getting in trouble. So disagreeing with the rules is not breaking the rules. There is a huge difference between disagreeing with a rule, and breaking a rule. There is also a huge difference between wanting to break a rule, and breaking a rule. Disagreeing with the rule and wanting to break the rules doesn't hurt anything. Breaking rules do hurt at least a few things.
