I am a 14 year old girl who is 5'6 and weighs 140 lb. I am trying to loose weight so I can improve in my sports. (Lacrosse basketball and swimming). I give up easily so I need discipline to keep me on track. Please answer this poll seriously. I will follow it for 6 months then record my progress
