my gymnastics coach say I have to make this because he cant think of any more punishments to give me!! my coach say they can be as hard as you like. nothing he does works. but I beg you please don't make me do any thing that will be to hard just say 2 weeks extra conditioning or some thing!!!!!!!!!!!
